My mission is to add real value to people, so they can add value to others. This undeniable ripple effect creates positive momentum on teams, in families, organizations, and communities.

My Story
For many years, I enjoyed a rewarding, challenging and successful career as an HR executive whose global work placed me in boardrooms, team meetings, and everyday conversations. I loved the breadth and scope of my reach because it allowed me to pour into people and shape culture.
In early 2025, an unexpected disruption in my career (my role was eliminated) created more space for family, faith, and the communities I care about. That season brought new insights - I felt compelled to serve others by focusing on meaningful work that sparks growth and gets results. This conviction led me to the Maxwell Certified Leadership Team and became the foundation for Everyday Impact Solutions.
I believe, more than ever, that in a world shaped by rapid change, technology, and increasing noise, the greatest advantage is still human. People don’t need more pressure. They want small steps that create momentum. They want development that is attainable, not overwhelming. They need someone who listens, understands, and helps them take the next right steps.
